Case Study: "Project Euro-Flow" (Confidential Client)
The Challenge: A leading performance brand approached us to develop a Cold Air Intake system for a new European Turbo Platform (2.0T). They needed a high-flow design that fit within a tight engine bay, required zero check-engine lights (CEL), and had to be ready for market in under 45 days.
Reverse Engineering
We 3D scanned the engine bay to identify available space and mounting points.
CFD Optimization
Our simulation showed the OEM pipe had restricted airflow at the turbo inlet. We redesigned the tube with a larger radius bend, increasing air volume by 25%.
Rapid Tooling
Since we manufacture all core components in-house, we fabricated the aluminum piping and custom heat shield molds immediately.
