The roots of APM Turbo run deep. In 2008, the families of our three founders were already heavyweights in the automotive OEM sector, machining precision components like Brake Calipers, Intercoolers, Charge Pipes, and Molds for international traders.
While our families mastered the manufacturing, we (the founders) were obsessed with the performance. During our university years, we took these industrial resources to the race track. We realized that even “Big Brand” parts had flaws in airflow and fitment.
The turning point came in 2017. We didn’t just want to manufacture to print; we wanted to improve the design. We mobilized our families’ high-precision machinery to re-engineer intake systems for our own race cars.
By the time we graduated in 2019, we had transformed the production-only OEM factory into a modern engineering hub. We successfully integrated the full cycle—from R&D to Production—creating a factory that combines Old-School Craftsmanship with New-School Engineering.

His journey didn’t start with a supercar; it started with a standard Honda Civic and Fit in university. Trying to squeeze every drop of horsepower out of a base model taught him more about airflow than any textbook. As his passion scaled, he mastered the turbo dynamics of the Infiniti Q50 and VW Golf MK7, before graduating to elite performance tiers like the BMW F80 M3 and AMG C43. His mission: To build the platforms big brands ignore, and to refine intake dynamics to perfection.

He is not just a welder; he is a master of advanced manufacturing. He orchestrates our 5-Axis CNC and Double-Sided Forming technologies to guarantee geometric perfection before welding even begins. By utilizing Inert Gas Shielding, he ensures every joint is oxide-free. He guarantees the signature “Stack of Dimes” finish, backed by machine-level precision.

We deeply understand Assembly Safety Tolerances. He knows that a slight deviation can make a part un-installable, causing severe financial loss for our clients. Therefore, he enforces a strict rule: Production deviation is capped at 80% of the allowable safety tolerance. We leave a 20% buffer to ensure every part fits perfectly. He is the ultimate shield for your brand’s reputation.

The Challenge:
Our first client provided only cardboard templates and a competitor’s sample pipe. No CAD files.
The APM Hustle:
We 3D Scanned the sample and modeled the cardboard data instantly. Our engineers fabricated the metal heat shield in just 2 hours, and 3D Printed the intake pipe in the next 10 hours.
The Result:
Prototype shipped and installed within 4 Days. This speed secured our first order.
Infiniti CEL Solution
The Problem:
A client’s VQ37 intake caused persistent Check Engine Lights (CEL) due to “System Too Lean”.
Diagnosis:
By 3D scanning, we discovered the sample’s Inner Diameter was too large, confusing the MAF sensor.
The Fix:
We engineered a precision

to restore correct air velocity. 100% Solved.
